About MCC
The MCC call centre takes counselling questions on 1800 102 7637 and 0120-4073500, and its own pages say queries are answered only within call centre timings, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A second helpline, 7824848020, is printed on the UG counselling page.
Email is split by subject and the Medical Counselling Committee says a mail sent to the wrong address will not be taken up. Candidate queries go to [email protected], administrative ones to [email protected], and anything about fees, accounts or a refund to [email protected]. Mail is answered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Money is handled by HLL Lifecare Ltd, the financial custodian, which collects the registration fee and the security deposit and pays the deposit back.
MCC helpline — questions
1800 102 7637, toll-free, and 0120-4073500. Both reach the MCC call centre, and the committee says queries are answered within call centre timings only, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The UG counselling page also prints 7824848020.
The same call centre handles NEET UG: 1800 102 7637 or 0120-4073500, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Keep your NEET roll number and MCC registration number ready, because the desk answers on registration, choice filling, allotment and reporting.
1800 102 7637 toll-free hai aur 0120-4073500 doosra number. Dono 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM tak hi uthte hain. UG counselling page par 7824848020 bhi diya gaya hai.
[email protected] for candidate queries. Administrative matters go to [email protected] and anything about fees, accounts or a refund to [email protected]. MCC states that a mail sent to any other address will not be considered, and that mail is answered between 10 AM and 6 PM.
Two amounts, and only one comes back. For All India Quota, central university, AFMC, ESIC, AIIMS, JIPMER and B.Sc Nursing seats the non-refundable registration fee is Rs 1,000 for UR and EWS candidates and Rs 500 for SC, ST, OBC and PwD, with a refundable security of Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000. For a deemed university it is Rs 5,000 plus a refundable Rs 2,00,000.
You do not have to ask for it. MCC publishes the refund schedule and HLL Lifecare Ltd, the financial custodian, returns the security to the account it came from. It is forfeited if you are allotted a seat in round 2 or later and do not join, or if the admission is cancelled.
No. Seats come only from the published allotment process, on rank and the choices you locked, and no official can arrange one privately. The money MCC does take is the registration fee and the refundable security, both paid on the portal to HLL Lifecare Ltd. Anything asked for outside that is a scam.
Yes. Download saves the MCC helpline numbers, the query email and the refund desk as one image to keep or share.
