About JEE Main
For the Joint Entrance Examination (Main), the National Testing Agency (NTA) answers on 011-40759000 and 011-69227700, 9.30 AM-5.30 PM, and by email at [email protected]. Put your application number in every JEE Main mail; NTA does not answer anonymous ones.
Seat allocation after the result is handled by JoSAA and CSAB, and JEE Advanced by the IIT that conducts it, not by NTA.
JEE Main helpline — questions
NTA's helpline for JEE Main is 011-40759000, with 011-69227700 as the second line, 9.30 AM-5.30 PM. These are Delhi numbers at normal call rates. As of now, the JEE Main contact page lists no toll-free number.

Pay again first, since the confirmation page comes only after a successful payment. NTA refunds any extra amount later. For a stuck transaction, the JEE Main contact page lists the payment helpdesk of each bank, HDFC, SBI, ICICI and Canara Bank.
Call the NTA helpline straight away. Sit the exam with the admit card you downloaded; NTA corrects its record afterwards.
No. You download the admit card from jeemain.nta.nic.in once NTA posts its notice, and the exam centre issues no duplicate. If yours will not download, call 011-40759000 or email [email protected].
Raise it within 90 days of the result. JEE Main records are kept only that long, and there is no re-checking or re-evaluation of the result at any stage.
