Genspark Support & Help

Genspark support works by email at [email protected], with the Help Center for self-help. Neither its Help Center nor its terms print a phone line for support as of now.

Email [email protected]. Say what happened, which device and browser you used, and roughly when. Add a screenshot or screen recording if you can.

Open the project, click the sharing icon at the top right, invite [email protected] as a Viewer, then copy the project link into your email.

• The page or session link, plus a screenshot or recording
• Your login email, never your password
• Device, OS and browser version
• Browser extensions in use
• The feature you were using

Email [email protected] with the time it happened and your approximate location. Genspark says support can find what triggered the block or whitelist your IP. Your account stays safe.
