Reach Chess.com through its Support Messenger: click Support in the bottom-left menu, then Contact Support, then Get Started. Chess.com shows no customer care phone number to players as of now.

Support requests go through the Support Messenger, where Chessica routes you to the right team. For privacy or personal data requests, the privacy policy gives [email protected].

1. Click Support in the bottom-left menu and choose Contact Support.
2. Click Get Started, then Get more help.
3. Type 'I want a refund' and follow the prompts to the Billing team.

Send a refund request through the Support Messenger, the same way as any refund, so the Billing team can review the double charge.

Membership bought on Chess.com is cancelled only on the website: click the cogwheel (Settings), then All Settings, then Membership. Apple or Google Play memberships are cancelled in that store.

Premium stays until the billing period ends, then the account moves to the free Basic plan.

Check the closure email, including spam; if your account can be appealed, it has an appeal button. No email? Open Help & Support, start a conversation with Chessica, choose Get more help and type 'I want to appeal my account closure'.
