About Apprenticeship India
The Apprenticeship Training Portal takes queries by email at [email protected], the Contact Us address on apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Technical problems, such as login, contract or stipend errors, go to the Technical Support ticket system run by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
The portal also links step-by-step videos, in English and Hindi, on registration, profile completion, contracts and stipend payment.
Apprenticeship India helpline — questions
Apprenticeship India works through email and support tickets rather than a phone line as of now. Email [email protected], or raise a ticket on NSDC Technical Support for technical problems such as login or contract errors.
[email protected], the Contact Us address on apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Mention whether you are a candidate or an establishment, with your registration ID.
Open Technical Support from the portal's Help and Support menu, sign in to the NSDC support system and describe the issue. NAPS has also used this ticket system for special windows, such as backdated termination requests in 2026.
Check your bank details and contract status on the portal first. If the stipend is still missing, raise a ticket on NSDC Technical Support with your contract details.
