Trouble with online applications or hall-ticket downloads is handled by a separate technical team on 040 2312 0301 and 040 2312 0302.

TSPSC is now TGPSC, and the call center is the same: 040 2244 5566. Use your old ID with TG in place of TS when you quote it, as TGPSC asks on its OTR portal.
The technical team, on 040 2312 0301 or 040 2312 0302, 10.30 AM-5 PM. It handles doubts on online submission and hall-ticket downloads.
